Our meditation and mindfulness tea begins its journey in the gentle embrace of lemon balm leaves , known for their calming properties and citrusy scent. This is the beginning of our story, the first step on our journey to mindfulness together.
Then join the restorative powers of ashwagandha , an adaptogenic root that helps relieve stress and promote mental clarity, and lemongrass , followed by the warming aroma of cinnamon . Its essential oils have a warming, relaxing effect, give a feeling of security and help to switch from stress to relaxation.
The Tulsi herb gives our blend an earthy note. It supports calming, strengthening and clarifying, especially with depression and anxiety or panic attacks. Especially when there is a lot of stress, Tulsi has a calming effect, while St. John's Wort can be slightly relaxing and support mental exhaustion.
Moringa leaves take us on a journey of relaxation. It supports a stable and balanced psyche and can counteract depression and memory disorders.
