Classic Earl Gray Latte - N°49 | Earl Grey

  • 3 teaspoons of your black tea blend
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk or a plant-based alternative
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Frothy milk for topping
  • A little grated bergamot peel or cornflower blossoms for decoration

Classic Earl Gray Latte

Preparation:

  1. Brew the tea mixture in 250 ml of boiling water for about 4 minutes.
  2. Heat the milk (and vanilla extract, if using) in a saucepan or with a milk frother until hot and frothy.
  3. Strain the tea into a large cup, add the hot milk and top the drink with some milk foam.
  4. Decorate the latte with a pinch of grated bergamot peel or a few cornflower flowers for the perfect finish.
