Classic Earl Gray Latte - N°49 | Earl Grey
- 3 teaspoons of your black tea blend
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml milk or a plant-based alternative
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Frothy milk for topping
- A little grated bergamot peel or cornflower blossoms for decoration
Preparation:
- Brew the tea mixture in 250 ml of boiling water for about 4 minutes.
- Heat the milk (and vanilla extract, if using) in a saucepan or with a milk frother until hot and frothy.
- Strain the tea into a large cup, add the hot milk and top the drink with some milk foam.
- Decorate the latte with a pinch of grated bergamot peel or a few cornflower flowers for the perfect finish.
