Order & Delivery
Sometimes you give something as a gift or order it and you don't like it anymore. Fear is often high, especially at Christmas. That's why we have extended the 14 days to 100 days specifically for Christmas. Since we have food, we can only take back unopened goods. We also ask that you open your package immediately and report any damage to us. We can only give 14 days for delivery damage because DHL doesn't allow more days and it would then cost us a lot of money. If you decide within the 100 days that you want to return everything, please contact us beforehand.
Yes, this is part of the contract. If everything is returned, the free item, if there is one, must also be returned. If this is not included, we will have to invoice you for it.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Only then can we regulate this. Unfortunately, we are dependent on DHL and only people work here, where mistakes happen. If there is a defect, we will of course send you a replacement immediately.

Packaging & Environment
We've been experimenting for a long time and the problem is the tea. We decided to go purely plastic that doesn't allow any microplastics into the food. The bags are made from PET bottles and are available in their pure form. Most shops use packaging that has metal on the inside and paper on the outside. These cannot be separated and are burned directly. Ours can be put back into the system and made into plastic bottles again. This is the best solution for the environment so far!
