Can I change again when and how my package will be delivered?

That's fine! Our shipping partners DHL and DHL Express always send you an e-mail to announce the package. You can use this to specify your desired delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery day.

What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?

If the courier doesn't meet you, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether your package was handed over to a neighbor or a branch, for example. In some cases, a new delivery attempt will be made.

From 59 euros you can order from us free of charge for standard shipping 2-4 days.

Why only from 59 euros?

The shipping costs were recently increased by DHL so that we have to pass the costs on to our customers. Since we also want to maintain the favorable CO₂ emissions and the environment really plays a role for us, shipping with DHLGoGreen is again a few cents more expensive.

In our opinion, however, when someone buys something, whether in a store or online, you also have to pay for the transport or travel expenses. Especially the free shipping methods can only be carried by large shops, but not by small ones. We thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we only sell organic tea. Therefore you will not find any other types of tea except organic tea with us.

We recommend using a large tea strainer or French press to give the tea as much space as possible. His quality can only unfold in the best possible way if he gets the space for it.

If you get the package and it is damaged, please take a picture of it immediately. We also point this out in our terms and conditions. You send this to our e-mail as soon as possible: office@peel-of-tea.de. This means that we can claim the damage from DHL if the package still shows discrepancies after all measures have been taken.
