Bergamot black tea lemonade (cold) - N°49 | Earl Grey

  • 4 teaspoons of your black tea blend
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • Juice of 2 organic lemons
  • Honey or agave syrup to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Thin lemon and bergamot peels for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Pour the boiling water over the tea mixture and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and sweeten it while it is still warm with honey or agave syrup to taste.
  3. Allow the tea to cool and then refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
  4. Mix the cooled tea with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  5. Serve the lemonade in glasses full of ice cubes, garnished with mint leaves and lemon and bergamot peels.
