Bergamot black tea lemonade (cold) - N°49 | Earl Grey
- 4 teaspoons of your black tea blend
- 500 ml boiling water
- Juice of 2 organic lemons
- Honey or agave syrup to taste
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Thin lemon and bergamot peels for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the boiling water over the tea mixture and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea and sweeten it while it is still warm with honey or agave syrup to taste.
- Allow the tea to cool and then refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
- Mix the cooled tea with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Serve the lemonade in glasses full of ice cubes, garnished with mint leaves and lemon and bergamot peels.
