Earl Grey's Royal Gin Fizz
For all lovers of classic cocktails with a special twist, today we present the Earl Grey's Royal Gin Fizz. This recipe combines the characteristic taste of Earl Gray tea with the tangy freshness of a gin fizz, ideal for an elegant evening or as a sophisticated refreshment. Ingredient list:
- 2 tsp 7Tea® Organic Earl Gray
- 60 ml gin
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon zest for garnish
Step-by-step instructions:
- Making tea: Brew the Earl Gray tea and let it steep for about 4-6 minutes. Then let it cool down.
- Mix the cocktail: In a shaker, shake the cooled tea, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup vigorously with a few ice cubes.
- To serve: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and strain the cocktail over them.
- Fill with soda water: Fill the glass with soda water.
- Garnish: Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
