Cocktail: Tea-Infused Gin Tonic - N°62 | Fresh breeze
Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons of your tea mixture
- 200 ml hot water
- gin
- Tonic water
- Ice cubes
- A slice of lemon or lime for garnish
Preparation:
- Brew the tea mixture with 200 ml of hot water and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and cool it.
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 50ml of the cooled tea and 50ml of gin over the ice.
- Fill the glass with tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon or lime.
