A lot of orders and a small team - current delivery times
It is clear that we are convinced of our products, but we did not expect so many people to want our tea. Thank you very much for that.
But, since we love transparency and always want to keep you up to date, we can't help but tell you that our delivery times have currently been extended to 4 to 5 days. The orders from the Christmas campaign will probably also take up to the third calendar week.
reasons
There are many reasons for this, but the main one is that we are a two-man/woman team that does everything here. We are trying to process the mass of orders quickly, but unfortunately we can no longer meet our own target of delivery in 1-2 days.
freshness
We always mix our teas fresh. This also extends the delivery time. But that's exactly what we're not going to deviate from. Since we always want to deliver fresh products to the customer, this freshness also guarantees maximum taste for you in addition to a long shelf life. None of our teas is therefore longer than 2 weeks in our warehouse.
public holidays
We also have public holidays and therefore we work less so that we can gather strength for the new year. This year has been exciting but also very challenging. So we have also made it our mission for the new year that we want to hire more people here and that we will adjust the logistics so that our delivery times no longer have to suffer.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a lot of strength and a happy new year.
